Making a Deposit is a Snap!

Mobile Deposit is a convenient way to make deposits to your bank account using your Apple or Android device.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Account must be open for at least 90 days.
  • No more than 1 overdraft in the last 30 days or 6 in the past 12 months.
  • No more than 4 chargebacks in the last 6 months.
  • Must be enrolled in Online Banking.
  • Must have the FMB Bank app installed on your Apple or Android device.
  • Currently, you may only register one checking account for deposit per user. To add additional accounts please contact FMB.

Check Deposit Guidelines

  • Mobile deposit is FREE!
  • 4:00 p.m. cut off time (see Funds Availability below for details).
  • Please keep deposited checks for 14 days before destroying.
  • Check must be endorsed with the words: “For Mobile Deposit Only to First Missouri Bank”.
  • You will receive approval messages or adjustments via text and or email.

Items that CAN be deposited

Checks must be payable to an account owner, who must endorse the back of the check with a required endorsement.

Items that CANNOT be deposited

  • Checks payable to any person or entity other than the person or entity that owns the account that the check is being deposited into.
  • Checks previously deposited and returned (for example, non-sufficient funds).
  • Checks containing an alteration on the front of the check or item, or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn.
  • Checks payable jointly, unless deposited into an account in the name of all payees.
  • Checks not payable in United States currency.
  • Checks with any endorsement on the back other than that specified in the agreement.
  • Post-dated checks, unsigned checks, or checks not dated.
  • Traveler’s checks, or savings bonds

Deposit Limits

The following are the limitations for deposit amounts (each item is considered a separate deposit):

  • Maximum Daily Limit: $2,500
  • 30 Day Limit: $10,000
  • 90 Day Limit $30,000

The following are the limitations for number of items allowed:

  • 10 Items per Day
  • 30 Items per Month
